- Produce a structured deliverable that includes current state workflow breakdown and identified automation opportunities
- Collaborate with engineers/builders executing the work

- Strong understanding of AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation platforms)
- Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.)
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured plans
