- Supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of systems
- Diagnosing and resolving product performance problems
- Performing maintenance and repair services
- Advising customers on preventive maintenance
Requirements
- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma or equivalent within the science field
- 2+ years of experience with operation and troubleshooting of LC / LCMS systems
- Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to travel to the US for training
- Available for up to 35% overnight travel
