About the role

  • Field Service Engineer responsible for supporting customers in installation and repair of systems. Collaborates with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to laboratory technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of systems
  • Diagnosing and resolving product performance problems
  • Performing maintenance and repair services
  • Advising customers on preventive maintenance

Requirements

  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma or equivalent within the science field
  • 2+ years of experience with operation and troubleshooting of LC / LCMS systems
  • Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must be able to travel to the US for training
  • Available for up to 35% overnight travel
