About the role
- Field Service Engineer ensuring flawless operation of Agilent’s genomic instruments. Collaborating with teams and addressing customer needs through repair and maintenance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Respond to the needs of internal and external customers by performing repairs, installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on pathology and genomics instruments and systems.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues related to product performance.
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with managers and sales teams.
- Provide feedback to product specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Genomics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a combination of field service engineering, analytical instrumentation, pathology, or related roles.
- Experience with medical devices and pathology equipment preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Candidate must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
