About the role

  • Field Service Engineer ensuring flawless operation of Agilent’s genomic instruments. Collaborating with teams and addressing customer needs through repair and maintenance efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to the needs of internal and external customers by performing repairs, installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on pathology and genomics instruments and systems.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues related to product performance.
  • Advise customers on preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with managers and sales teams.
  • Provide feedback to product specialists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Genomics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a combination of field service engineering, analytical instrumentation, pathology, or related roles.
  • Experience with medical devices and pathology equipment preferred.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Candidate must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
