Responsibilities
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, make improvements, and carry out system upgrades and installations.

Requirements
Associate degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in electronics, electricity, and mechanics.
Willingness to work a variable schedule on short notice to meet customer demand.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (tools, spare parts, etc.).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in exceptional customer service.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan work-related activities.
Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and professional communication in a fast-paced, high-pressure, customer-focused environment.
Self-motivated, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
Two years of hands-on experience with advanced medical devices and medical lasers.
Proven technical support skills and effective decision-making abilities.
Experience connecting medical devices to hospital networks.
