Responsibilities
Design and deliver enterprise-level learning solutions aligned to business and enterprise strategy.
Build scalable, repeatable leadership development programs.
Consult and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful learning strategies.
Lead large-scale learning initiatives and manage enterprise-wide programs.
Develop digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Incorporate AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning strategies.
Measure and improve learning impact using data and analytics.
Requirements
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline (non-negotiable)
Familiarity with additional tools (Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Audition preferred)
AI and emerging technology application in learning design.
Global learning design, localization, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, Section 508)
Consultative communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Project management and execution of large-scale initiatives.
