- Lead large-scale learning initiatives and manage enterprise-wide programs.
- Develop digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Incorporate AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning strategies.
- Measure and improve learning impact using data and analytics.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline (non-negotiable)
- Familiarity with additional tools (Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Audition preferred)
- AI and emerging technology application in learning design.
- Global learning design, localization, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, Section 508)
- Consultative communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Project management and execution of large-scale initiatives.
