About the role

  • Strategic learning architect responsible for enterprise-level learning and development solutions at Allstate. Focused on leadership development to drive measurable performance outcomes in a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enterprise-level learning solutions aligned to business and enterprise strategy.
  • Build scalable, repeatable leadership development programs.
  • Consult and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful learning strategies.
  • Lead large-scale learning initiatives and manage enterprise-wide programs.
  • Develop digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Incorporate AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning strategies.
  • Measure and improve learning impact using data and analytics.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline (non-negotiable)
  • Familiarity with additional tools (Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Audition preferred)
  • AI and emerging technology application in learning design.
  • Global learning design, localization, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, Section 508)
  • Consultative communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project management and execution of large-scale initiatives.
