About the role
- Project Manager leading planning and execution of projects in ROW and LATAM at Apotex. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic projects across ROW and LATAM markets
- Serving as a critical link between portfolio governance and project execution
- Engaging stakeholders to understand project objectives and drive discussions to ensure alignment on goals, roles, responsibilities, and expectations
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinating cross-functional activities, driving execution through proactive follow-up, and ensuring accountability for deliverables
- Monitoring project progress against timelines and deliverables
- Escalating deviations in a timely manner and developing mitigation and recovery plans
- Facilitating project meetings, decision-making, and action tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across international markets and diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, organizational, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and project planning methodologies
- Strong planning and execution discipline
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans
- Proactive identification and management of risks and issues
- Effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a regulated environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry
