Responsibilities
The Sales Engineer – Data Center Workforce Solutions serves as the technical subject matter expert supporting the sales organization in developing and delivering workforce solutions for data center clients.
This role bridges the gap between customer requirements and staffing delivery by providing industry expertise, workforce planning guidance, solution design, and technical consultation throughout the sales cycle.
The Sales Engineer partners closely with Sales Directors, Recruiting Teams, Operations, and Clients to develop customized staffing strategies that support data center construction, commissioning, deployment, operations, and critical facilities environments.
Requirements
Technical Sales Support
Partner with Sales Directors and Business Development teams during customer engagements.
Participate in discovery meetings to understand customer workforce requirements, project scopes, and operational challenges.
Provide technical guidance regarding data center roles, labor categories, staffing structures, and workforce deployment models.
Assist in developing staffing solutions aligned with customer timelines and project objectives.
Solution Design

Create staffing plans for greenfield builds, expansions, migrations, and operational support projects.
Develop labor estimates, staffing schedules, and workforce ramp-up plans.
Client Consultation
Serve as the workforce and industry expert during customer presentations.
Advise clients on labor market conditions, workforce availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
Present best practices for workforce planning and project execution.
Support RFP, RFQ, and proposal development.
