About the role
- Program Manager leading the development of scalable store readiness programs at Arc’teryx. Collaborating across retail operations to ensure successful store openings and relocations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of scalable store readiness and handover programs that enable stores to open, relocate, and evolve with clarity and consistency.
- Operate at the intersection of development, retail operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure operational requirements are embedded early and delivered effectively across the store lifecycle.
- Bring structure to complex initiatives while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Help shape how Arc’teryx scales its physical retail experience for the future.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ project management or operational leadership in retail.
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Approachable and personable, showcasing a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage priorities working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
- Inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
