Lead the development and evolution of scalable store readiness and handover programs that enable stores to open, relocate, and evolve with clarity and consistency.
Operate at the intersection of development, retail operations, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure operational requirements are embedded early and delivered effectively across the store lifecycle.
Bring structure to complex initiatives while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Help shape how Arc’teryx scales its physical retail experience for the future.
Requirements
5+ years’ project management or operational leadership in retail.
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Approachable and personable, showcasing a customer-centric mindset
Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage priorities working in a fast-paced environment
Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
