Responsibilities

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Ability to work independently as a senior analyst / subject matter expert
- Ability to coach and educate others
- Business management expertise and awareness of industry, external, internal, enterprise, and business trends
- Ability to lead implementation of initiatives supporting business/function strategy
- Ability to coordinate business management activities across multiple areas
- Experience supporting or managing implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across multiple functional areas
- Subject matter expertise or project/initiative experience in the relevant area of specialization
- Ability to develop complex reporting, analysis, and assessments
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations and communications to management or broader audiences
- Knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Ability to analyze variances, perform due diligence, and implement initiatives or business operations
- Ability to support standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize service availability, efficiency, and effectiveness
