Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills (PM credentials a plus)
- Skilled at building executive ready decks and briefs
- Experience in managing core talent management processes a plus
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization
- Knowledge of HRIS and talent management technologies, and related emerging tech, a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
