Field Service Technician applying technical skills to maintain and repair Arjo products in a healthcare setting. Supporting customer operations for mobility challenges while promoting service agreements.
Responsibilities
Scheduling and providing preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities.
Effectively promoting and sell Arjo service agreements and products.
Supervising equipment installation and/or performing uncrate and assembly services.
Instructing customer’s personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment.
Assisting sales personnel in marketing all Arjo equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads).
Maintaining an organized parts inventory in a clean Company vehicle.
Deliver and retrieve medical equipment, including loading and unloading.
Prepare, clean and process equipment to quality standards.
Complete required onsite documentation with medical staff.
Provide safe-use instruction and professional customer service at all times.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of field based electromechanical repair and maintenance experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of face to face technical customer service experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of sales and/or promotion of service products experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and technical repair skills.
Ability to travel to multiple customer sites on a regular basis, including overnight stays when needed.
