About the role

  • Ashby implementation specialist launching configurable recruiting SaaS for enterprise customers. Managing complex onboarding projects, integrations, change adoption, and customer time to value.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end implementations of Ashby’s solution for new Strategic, predominantly Enterprise, customers
  • Develop and execute implementation plans to provide a positive customer experience and expedited time to value
  • Define project work, align stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver results according to agreed expectations
  • Manage several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently
  • Track teams and milestones to keep implementations on schedule
  • Serve as the customer’s proactive guide and advocate throughout implementation
  • Understand customer needs and tailor implementations to specific requirements
  • Navigate change management and help customers adopt new systems and approaches
  • Advise customers on software usage best practices to ensure optimal value
  • Identify thematic customer opportunities and improve internal processes
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders
  • Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
  • Coach and teach customers to help them grow

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience owning implementations for a complex SaaS product
  • Extensive experience managing and executing several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Experience defining work, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, tracking milestones, and delivering results
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting
  • Ability to travel less than 10% as needed for strategic customer engagements
  • Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and technical intricacies
  • Experience with multi-step workflows, several core workflows, and integrations with other systems
  • Experience navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems
  • Ability to advise customers on software best practices
  • Strong customer-facing, technical, analytical, and interpersonal capabilities
  • Clear and precise communication; ability to distill complex concepts into simple themes
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Process and workflow improvement experience
  • Detail-oriented and technically proficient
  • Data-driven approach using metrics and analytics
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability and enthusiasm to coach customers
  • Ashby or ATS experience is a plus, not required
