About the role

  • Project Coordinator role at AtkinsRéalis supporting engineering coordination, procurement, and construction activities. Collaborating closely with Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of all project phases, from initiation to closeout
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and controlling overall project performance
  • Coordinate engineering activities across disciplines
  • Support preparation of technical input for procurement packages
  • Maintain coordination with construction and field teams
  • Organize and participate in meetings with stakeholders
  • Identify and track project issues and interface conflicts
  • Support the Project Risk Manager in risk identification and tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
  • P. Eng. or PMP designation is an asset
  • Typically 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in project delivery
  • Experience in multidisciplinary engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to: Engineering coordination
  • Procurement processes
  • Construction/project execution
