Responsibilities
Drive CRO strategy and execution across several DTC brands by:
Owning the CRO roadmap across Shopify-based brands
Designing and running A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX changes
Auditing landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows to identify friction points
Prioritizing tests based on traffic, goals, and lift potential
Using tools like Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to gather insights
Sharing results with clear recommendations—whether to retest, roll out, or scale up
Partnering with design, dev, and media teams to launch tests quickly and cleanly
Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing
Proven success working with Shopify or DTC eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology
Excellent communication and project management skills
Familiarity with Shopify, Replo (or other landing page builders), and Intelligems (or other A/B test platforms)
