About the role

  • CRO Specialist optimizing landing pages to drive revenue for DTC brands through A/B testing and data analysis. Collaborating with creative teams for fast implementation of testing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive CRO strategy and execution across several DTC brands by:
  • Owning the CRO roadmap across Shopify-based brands
  • Designing and running A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX changes
  • Auditing landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows to identify friction points
  • Prioritizing tests based on traffic, goals, and lift potential
  • Using tools like Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to gather insights
  • Sharing results with clear recommendations—whether to retest, roll out, or scale up
  • Partnering with design, dev, and media teams to launch tests quickly and cleanly

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing
  • Proven success working with Shopify or DTC eCommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Replo (or other landing page builders), and Intelligems (or other A/B test platforms)
