About the role

  • Conversion Rate Optimization Manager optimizing conversion funnels and improving UI/UX for LabX Media Group. Collaborating across teams to enhance digital marketing efforts and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to build and execute CRO projects
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
  • Gather, interpret, and translate analytics into recommendations
  • Apply UI/UX best practices and user behavior insights to identify friction points
  • Prepare functional requirements for product managers and development teams
  • Investigate and resolve data and reporting issues
  • Execute ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from across the business

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a CRO, digital analytics, product management, or UX-focused role
  • Experience in a media, publishing, or subscription-based business is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests
  • Strong working knowledge of UI/UX principles
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4) and data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
