Responsibilities
Work with key stakeholders to build and execute CRO projects
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
Gather, interpret, and translate analytics into recommendations
Apply UI/UX best practices and user behavior insights to identify friction points
Prepare functional requirements for product managers and development teams
Investigate and resolve data and reporting issues
Execute ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from across the business
Requirements
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a CRO, digital analytics, product management, or UX-focused role
Experience in a media, publishing, or subscription-based business is an asset
Demonstrated ability to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests
Strong working knowledge of UI/UX principles
Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4) and data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
