Own the end-to-end execution of A/B tests across organic, paid, and affiliate landing pages
Manage App Store and Play Store presence to maximize click-to-install performance
Analyze and tune referral loops for user advocacy and growth
Collaborate with Organic Manager to align testing with organic strategies
Be the primary storyteller for optimization data, translating results into actionable insights
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics
Hands-on experience with experimentation tools
Comfortable navigating GA4, heat maps, etc.
Strong collaborative skills across technical and creative teams
Ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights
