About the role

  • CRO Specialist optimizing user journeys through A/B testing and data analysis for KOHO, a fintech company. Collaborating across teams to enhance web ecosystem performance and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of A/B tests across organic, paid, and affiliate landing pages
  • Manage App Store and Play Store presence to maximize click-to-install performance
  • Analyze and tune referral loops for user advocacy and growth
  • Collaborate with Organic Manager to align testing with organic strategies
  • Be the primary storyteller for optimization data, translating results into actionable insights

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation tools
  • Comfortable navigating GA4, heat maps, etc.
  • Strong collaborative skills across technical and creative teams
  • Ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights
