About the role

  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives at Autodesk connecting product vision with marketing execution. Drive programs from ambiguity to measurable outcomes into AI, platforms, and portfolio strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic programs
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of Autodesk’s highest-priority strategic product marketing programs, from definition and alignment through delivery and impact measurement
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs across marketing, product, sales, finance, and operations; exercise influence without authority to drive clarity, alignment, and decision-making
  • Translate leadership strategy into clear, actionable program plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Anticipate and manage risks, blockers, and interdependencies; escalate and resolve issues urgently
  • Build and scale program management systems and dashboards that provide leaders with real-time visibility into progress and outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional AI go-to-market initiatives, commercializing new products and capabilities across industries
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform priorities and strategic recommendations
  • Stand up new programs for emerging business priorities: define scope, form teams, establish operating cadence, and deliver results
  • Drive portfolio rationalization initiatives, translating product decisions into clear go-to-market actions and customer-focused strategies
  • Facilitate cross-business alignment to ensure portfolio decisions are consistent, customer-centric, and strategically sound
  • Develop frameworks and evaluation criteria to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with sector marketing leaders to operationalize portfolio strategies through campaigns, content, and enablement tools

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or related roles within marketing, technology, or SaaS organizations
  • Proven experience driving large-scale cross-functional programs from ambiguity to implementation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to synthesize complex situations into clear narratives
  • Strong facilitation skills, including guiding senior leaders through high-stakes, complex decisions
  • Proficiency with program and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Confluence, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to operate effectively within large matrixed organizations (5,000+ employees)
  • Experience using AI-based tools to enhance program efficiency and understanding (Co-pilot, ChatGPT, and other tools)
  • Experience in portfolio management, product lifecycle, or rationalization initiatives
