Responsibilities
Translate ambiguous goals and business needs into clear program structures, plans, and deliverables
Lead programs from planning through execution, including scope definition, milestone tracking, risk management, and change control
Drive program consistency by establishing and reinforcing best practices, tools, and operating rhythms
Support prioritization and sequencing of work across multiple concurrent initiatives
Coordinate day-to-day program activities, including working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and decision forums
Identify dependencies, surface risks, and proactively remove blockers to maintain program momentum
Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
Improve program effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance planning, and increase visibility
Establish and maintain program reporting frameworks, including dashboards, status updates, and performance tracking
Partner with leaders across the organization to support execution of strategic initiatives
Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership
Build strong working relationships across a matrixed, global organization
Requirements
8-10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business/operations roles
Proven experience leading multiple complex initiatives simultaneously from planning through delivery
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams on complex initiatives
Experience working closely with high-impact customers
Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and execution
Experience managing external vendors or strategic partners
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
