About the role
- Analytical contributor improving cloud infrastructure solutions and automating processes at Autodesk Construction. Solving complex problems across the entire cloud stack from RDS to EKS.
Responsibilities
- Continuously assess our broad cloud platform needs
- Identify significant risks/gaps
- Deploy and manage applications within EKS and persistent AWS Infrastructure
- Introduce improvements in key areas including proactive capacity management, monitoring/alerting, tuning/pruning, load optimization, and data replication management for reporting
- Create and evangelize/institutionalize general best practices and health models
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Kubernetes architecture at scale
- Minimum of 5 years of Terraform experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience with cloud data technologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to share expertise and influence positive outcomes
