About the role
- APA Solution Engineer driving unprecedented growth with Agentic Process Automation. Leading innovative automation and AI-driven solution delivery in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead ideation sessions to inspire creative thinking and generate high-value automation ideas
- Evaluate current business processes for automation and agentic opportunities
- Develop automation and agentic process flows, specify AI agents/skills, and design user interfaces
- Build and deploy automations and agents using the Automation Success Platform (Automation 360)
- Engage with stakeholders to validate designs, demo completed automations, and create solution artifacts for pre-sales
- Assess AI requirements, evaluate market tools, and advise on new AI tools/models
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 10+ years of overall work experience with expertise in automation, agentic technologies (A360, Enterprise Knowledge, Doc. Auto, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in process mapping and automation design
- Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, and compliance in automation applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies
