About the role

  • Data Analyst transforming raw data into insights for business decisions at Avanquest. Collaborating with teams to interpret data and develop strategies, enhancing product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for multiple departments.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in developing data-driven strategies to improve product offerings.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Support the implementation of data analysis tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
  • University degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics)
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and work with complex datasets
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
