Bilingual Account Agent supporting clients in financial management services at Aviso. Collaborating with teams to ensure excellent service and operational support.
Responsibilities
Monitor client account-related activities and collect information to support client responses
Collaborate with operations and IT teams when reviewing activities and processing requests
Review incoming transfer documents to ensure they are properly completed, process the request, and follow up
Notify partners of any outgoing transfer requests and coordinate the account transfer in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Receive and direct certain daily processing activities via Aviso or other relevant parties
Handle general inquiries by phone and email regarding processing activities
Produce reports on client accounts and other activities as needed
Participate in account management and other service-related tasks
Requirements
University or college diploma in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in both French and English required
Successful completion of the Canadian securities course
At least two years of customer service experience in a similar role
Ability to effectively gather information and follow up in a timely manner
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent time and priority management, and the ability to multitask
Excellent problem-identification skills and ability to assist in problem resolution
High degree of initiative, accuracy, and strong adaptability
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to ensure client issues are handled appropriately and escalated when necessary
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to quickly master new technology
