About the role

  • Bilingual Account Agent supporting clients in financial management services at Aviso. Collaborating with teams to ensure excellent service and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor client account-related activities and collect information to support client responses
  • Collaborate with operations and IT teams when reviewing activities and processing requests
  • Review incoming transfer documents to ensure they are properly completed, process the request, and follow up
  • Notify partners of any outgoing transfer requests and coordinate the account transfer in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Receive and direct certain daily processing activities via Aviso or other relevant parties
  • Handle general inquiries by phone and email regarding processing activities
  • Produce reports on client accounts and other activities as needed
  • Participate in account management and other service-related tasks

Requirements

  • University or college diploma in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English required
  • Successful completion of the Canadian securities course
  • At least two years of customer service experience in a similar role
  • Ability to effectively gather information and follow up in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent time and priority management, and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-identification skills and ability to assist in problem resolution
  • High degree of initiative, accuracy, and strong adaptability
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to ensure client issues are handled appropriately and escalated when necessary
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to quickly master new technology
