Responsibilities
Act as an in-house consultant to HR Business Partners and management on talent identification and management, succession planning, competency development, needs assessment, learning and development, career development, leadership assessment and development, performance management, and strategic planning
Develop and deliver an enterprise-wide values and behaviours leadership model and framework aligned with business strategy
Determine talent assessment metrics and integrate talent programs into Workday in partnership with HR Systems
Refine and scale succession planning and leadership management processes
Identify development requirements and implement and evaluate leadership development strategies and programs
Analyze enterprise talent data and develop materials for senior leadership and board talent discussions
Partner with People Analytics and HR Systems to leverage Workday reporting and support internal talent mobility
Design, deliver, and manage leadership development programs, including personality assessments, 360-degree assessments, and transitional coaching
Build career paths and orchestrate internal cross-divisional movement
Design and deliver growth programs such as mentorship, career advisory services, and assessment integration
Lead enterprise leadership development programs, curricula, assessment strategies, and experiences, especially for high-potential leaders
Design cross-functional experiences and manage special talent-related projects
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in talent management or organizational development
7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a financial services company
Post-secondary degree in any discipline required
Bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources and CHRP preferred
Fluent communication skills in English required
Bilingual French skills are an asset
Experience with competencies, adult learning principles, assessment and development tools is an asset
Strong design, facilitation, and program management skills
Proven ability to build credibility at all organizational levels, including with senior leaders
Experience managing multiple competing demands with urgency, flexibility, agility, and proactivity
Excellent consulting, collaboration, organizational, and relationship management skills
Impactful communication, teamwork, critical thinking and decision-making, innovation and creativity, agility and resilience
