About the role

  • Principal Consultant leading the Enterprise Architecture practice at Beneva. Working with various business sectors to integrate strategic architecture across portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a coherent target architecture vision for Beneva that is aligned with the overall company vision, Beneva’s priorities and the expected value.
  • Advise value-creation leaders on decisions to make, strategies to implement and integration of portfolio priorities.
  • Coordinate the sequencing and breakdown of initiatives to contribute to the development of Beneva’s roadmap.
  • Serve as the reference point for portfolio enterprise architects by supporting and guiding them, particularly in producing applied architecture deliverables that are strategy-aligned and enable informed decision-making.
  • Ensure integration of target architectures by identifying and modeling dependencies, prerequisites and cross-cutting capabilities.
  • Standardize enterprise architecture practices across different portfolios.
  • Evolve the enterprise architecture practice for the business domain by defining new approaches based on modern practices.
  • Support enterprise and business architects in producing applied architecture deliverables such as strategic scopes and strategic business cases.
  • Ensure overall consistency of architecture principles and guidelines and oversee their application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology as an architecture advisor, including at least seven (7) years as an enterprise architecture advisor on the business side
  • Experience with large-scale projects, strategic business cases and opportunity studies
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Proficiency with major architecture frameworks (TOGAF and ArchiMate)
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, and advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
