Responsibilities
Use your toolbox of Project Management processes, design thinking, Agile and Lean practices, facilitation and leadership skills to predictably produce high-quality initiative delivery.
Partner and work with stakeholders to develop the strategic delivery plan, defining the distribution of the work and the respective responsibilities.
Manage the budget, actively monitor risk factors and oversee the implementation and completion of projects, while ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget.
Establish and evolve program management frameworks and ways of working through an iterative, learn-by-doing approach (trial and error), incorporating feedback and continuous improvement.
Coach indirect reports at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in project management, with exposure to program-level delivery.
Proven delivery leadership across both project and program management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams and dependencies in a fast-paced technology environment.
Adaptability and a growth mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and continuously improving ways of working.
Diverse background delivering technology initiatives across different domains (e.g., customer-facing products, platforms, infrastructure, data, security, and/or enterprise applications).
Hands-on experience with project delivery and collaboration tools, including the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams/SharePoint/Planner).
Strong planning and execution skills—building schedules, coordinating resources, managing issues/risks, and providing clear delivery tracking and status reporting.
