Responsibilities
- Participate in planning discussions and propose alternative or contingency plans.
- Ensure tasks are tracked in JIRA and Confluence.
- Support the team in day-to-day activities.
- Ensure clear communication between teams.
- Keep the team aligned on priorities.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the video game, VFX, or film industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production coordination.
- Strong understanding of production planning and project management.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English.
