Responsibilities
- Participate in planning discussions by identifying dependencies and risks.
- Track tasks in JIRA and Confluence to maintain a clear production plan.
- Support the team in day-to-day activities and remove obstacles.
- Ensure clear and smooth communication between teams.
- Keep the team aligned on the right priorities throughout production.
- Guide individual contributors in achieving their objectives.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the video game industry, with at least 3 years in production coordination.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing individual contributors.
- Contributed to the release of at least one relevant game.
- Strong understanding of production planning, deadlines, and project management.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent organizational and tracking skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English.
