In this role, you will be the quality champion for your pod, taking complete ownership of the testing process from planning to execution.

Requirements
Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a test automation role, with a strong portfolio of work on both web and mobile platforms.
Framework Development: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from the ground up. We use Cypress and Maestro in Borrowell.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern application architecture, including REST APIs, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and single-page web applications.
Ownership Mentality: A proactive and self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage all QA activities within your team.
Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Resilience & Agility: You are a fast learner who can ramp up quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
