Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Test Automation Developer to join our dynamic product development team.
In this role, you will be the quality champion for your pod, taking complete ownership of the testing process from planning to execution.
You are not just a tester; you are a key partner in the development lifecycle, ensuring we launch robust, high-quality products that our users love.

Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a test automation role, with a strong portfolio of work on both web and mobile platforms.
Framework Development: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from the ground up. We use Cypress and Maestro in Borrowell.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern application architecture, including REST APIs, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and single-page web applications.
Ownership Mentality: A proactive and self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage all QA activities within your team.
Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Resilience & Agility: You are a fast learner who can ramp up quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
