Responsibilities
Ensure the reliability of our analytics infrastructure as the single source of truth for the organization
Extract and compile user acquisition (UA) data to identify growth opportunities and maximize ROAS
Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple sources using Excel and Google Sheets to bridge information gaps
Perform in-depth cohort analyses in Amplitude to uncover behavioral trends and forecast LTV
Design high-level Tableau reports that summarize the overall state for executive decision-making
Monitor product performance across a portfolio of more than 25 apps to spot edge cases and anomalies
Evaluate Budge apps using a standardized analytics framework to identify improvement opportunities
Design and analyze multivariate tests to significantly improve product performance
Proactively propose feature improvements based on data-driven analyses and learnings
Communicate findings effectively through clear, actionable presentations and reports
Requirements
2–4 years in product data analysis, ideally within mobile apps or gaming
Proven experience with Amplitude and Tableau for dashboard creation and maintenance
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for modeling and data cleaning
Strong understanding of retention cohorts, funnels, and ROAS/LTV metrics
A data ‘detective’ mindset for spotting anomalies and inconsistencies
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Highly organized and capable of managing projects with a high level of data integrity
Comfortable navigating granular data while maintaining focus on overarching goals
