About the role
- Senior Regional Support Coordinator providing operational coordination and business planning support for regional leadership. Collaborating with teams to ensure compliance and successful delivery of business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to regional leaders
- Support regional operations through Salesforce/Power BI reporting
- Assist in executing regional business plans and supporting leadership initiatives
- Organize and execute regional events
- Support communication planning and execution for the region
- Ensure branch and office compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and practices
Requirements
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required
- Experience in operations or sales support within financial services (strong asset)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple levels
- Proven ability to adapt, think creatively and work well under pressure
- General understanding of sales processes and business planning
- Post-secondary education preferred (or equivalent experience considered)
