Responsibilities
Process individual and group contributions.
Process plan participants' enrollment requests.
Process inter-fund transfers of client/plan participant assets.
Process cash withdrawals and registered plan transfers between financial institutions.
Review and mail checks.
Prepare participant information packages and take appropriate actions at the default stage.
Perform plan and participant maintenance tasks in SARR.
Handle basic information requests, answer phone calls, and related duties.
Foster relationships with administrative staff to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Requirements
Bilingual (French and English) required only for Quebec.
Strong customer service focus with a positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools effectively at an intermediate level (Word, Excel and Outlook); daily use of Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Experience in a results-oriented role with tight deadlines.
Ability to pay close attention to detail when performing routine tasks.
Motivated and flexible team player.
Ability to complete assigned tasks in accordance with business processing rules and documented procedures, and to make decisions based on those guidelines.
