About the role

  • Représentant, Traitements Clients à temps plein dans une entreprise de services financiers. Traiter les cotisations et demandes d'adhésion tout en offrant un excellent service client.

Responsibilities

  • Process individual and group contributions.
  • Process plan participants' enrollment requests.
  • Process inter-fund transfers of client/plan participant assets.
  • Process cash withdrawals and registered plan transfers between financial institutions.
  • Review and mail checks.
  • Prepare participant information packages and take appropriate actions at the default stage.
  • Perform plan and participant maintenance tasks in SARR.
  • Handle basic information requests, answer phone calls, and related duties.
  • Foster relationships with administrative staff to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English) required only for Quebec.
  • Strong customer service focus with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools effectively at an intermediate level (Word, Excel and Outlook); daily use of Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in a results-oriented role with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail when performing routine tasks.
  • Motivated and flexible team player.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in accordance with business processing rules and documented procedures, and to make decisions based on those guidelines.
  • Ability to respond to standard communications within service delivery timeframes.
  • Reliability rating and security clearance — only candidates who receive a job offer will be required to undergo these checks.
