Responsibilities
Provide strategic sales support to advisors to help them meet their sales targets and assist the sales team in achieving overall growth objectives.
Provide a high level of defined administrative services and support within Canada Life Advice.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support with a client-first focus.
Contribute as part of a high-performing operational team committed to our advisors' success.
Provide professional and knowledgeable sales and service support to help advisors win new business and retain and grow existing client relationships.
Provide administrative services and support to clients, colleagues, and head-office business partners.
Support and sponsor local and head-office initiatives by following specific administrative processes.
Ensure compliance standards are maintained and adhered to by advisors.
Take on special projects as needed.
Provide general support and coverage for fellow Advisor Support Associates.
Requirements
Bilingualism (proficiency in French and English) required, as the role will regularly serve both francophone and anglophone clients.
Post-secondary diploma or degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Respond promptly to inquiries; professional telephone techniques; tact, courtesy, and patience.
Adapt to change and meet project deadlines and/or requests.
