Responsibilities
Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating the daily operations of the store
Oversee the responsibilities of the Store Manager in the absence of SM or ASM
Assist in delivery of key personnel management when on shift and resolve customer service issues
Provide direction, guidance and instruction to store associates
Ensure store conditions meet established standards
Assist with staffing levels when requested
Lead sales and customer service in the absence of SM/ASM
Greet and assist customers while modeling exemplary conduct
Enforce company policies and relevant legislation
Handle and escalate customer complaints
Ensure health, safety and security regulations and standards are met
Achieve sales targets and store-level KPIs
Ensure employees pursue sales goals
Oversee and assist with inventory management and shift inventory processes
Requirements
Must already have, or be able to quickly obtain, CannaSell SK certification before first day of work
Completion of high school and College/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required
Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check before start date
Minimum 2 years of retail industry work experience required
Cannabis industry experience preferred
Valid First Aid certification considered an asset
Demonstrated sales and service orientation
Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
Ability to train and motivate staff
Ability to monitor and lead by example
Ability to work any shift Monday to Sunday based on business needs
Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends and at different locations
Basic office administration skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
