Responsibilities

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
3 to 6 years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills and comfortable using a variety of software applications
Willingness to learn new software; experience with SAP or Salesforce is an asset
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
