Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service and supports improvements in operational execution
- Manages client accounts
- Provides outsourced services to clients related to billing, refunds, and other services
- Collects and reviews customer feedback and complaints
- Identifies customer trends and challenges and opportunities
- Supports process improvement initiatives
- Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Communicates with customers regarding their needs, questions, and concerns
- Manages cases related to reporting, pending orders, and customer claims
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- 3 to 6 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and comfortable using a variety of software applications
- Willingness to learn new software; experience with SAP or Salesforce is an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
