About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional customer service and supports improvements in operational execution
  • Manages client accounts
  • Provides outsourced services to clients related to billing, refunds, and other services
  • Collects and reviews customer feedback and complaints
  • Identifies customer trends and challenges and opportunities
  • Supports process improvement initiatives
  • Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Communicates with customers regarding their needs, questions, and concerns
  • Manages cases related to reporting, pending orders, and customer claims

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • 3 to 6 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills and comfortable using a variety of software applications
  • Willingness to learn new software; experience with SAP or Salesforce is an asset
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
