About the role

Seeking a Delivery/Solutions Architect to develop robust solution designs and lead architectural reviews at Capgemini. Role requires client-facing interactions and cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLDs) aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Lead and drive architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to 4C model (Context, Containers, Components, Code).
Prepare and maintain all architectural artefacts, including: Application communication diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Security and threat modelling diagrams, Data flow diagrams, Data governance requirements.
Evaluate architectural options, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
Responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery of the engagement.
Engage and manage diverse stakeholders including product owners, business partners, development teams, and security/governance groups.
Lead client conversations, technical workshops, assessments, and solution presentations.

Strong experience in solution architecture and technical delivery roles.
Solid understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture patterns, well architected framework and best practices.
Hands-on [or Strong Knowledge] familiarity with Java, Springboot, Angular, and Node.js ecosystems.
Knowledge of data architecture including data flows, governance, and integration patterns.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
