About the role
- Workday reporting specialist developing payroll and time-tracking reports for CBC/Radio-Canada. Enabling data-driven HR decisions across Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Workday report, dashboard and discovery board subject matter expert
- Collaborate with team members and organizational stakeholders to define business requirements for reports
- Build, test and deploy reports
- Develop, test and deploy Workday reports for Benefits, Payroll and Time Tracking modules
- Identify opportunities to consolidate and streamline reports
- Troubleshoot performance, security and data quality issues
- Partner with HR and business leaders to promote data use and enable a data-driven culture
- Consult with process teams and business process owners to understand HR program requirements
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Prior experience in Human Resources is required, with a strong emphasis on HR reporting and analytics
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields and Discovery Boards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Innovative thinking, clear analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to explain technological concepts and issues in a manner that business partners understand
- Bilingual French and English is an asset
