Responsibilities
- oversee effective program intake and recruitment, participant support, and training outcomes
- manage stakeholder relationships and compliance of funding contracts
- provide strategic leadership of Employment Training programs
- co-lead Employment Training Department business planning
- manage team finances and ensure departmental budget is implemented
- develop and maintain strong industry and community engagement
- facilitate collaboration among team members and departments
Requirements
- post-secondary education in business, economics, human services, or related discipline
- demonstrated leadership qualities and care about people
- assertive communication skills
- enterprising and innovative mindset
- experience working with marginalized individuals such as low-income populations, immigrants, Indigenous people, and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals.
- knowledge of adult education and curriculum delivery
- program management, planning, and development experience

- strong organizational and time management skills
- strong knowledge of program evaluation and continuous quality improvement
- high level of computer literacy and tech savviness
- experience in fund development and contract management (asset)
