About the role

  • Associate Program Manager supporting pharmaceutical healthcare programs at Cencora. Maintaining projects, monitoring protocols, coordinating training, communicating with clients, and reporting adverse events.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain territory caseworker assignments
  • Maintain assigned projects
  • Monitor protocol adherence, case-file documentation, database use and accuracy, phone-call content and etiquette
  • Participate in client consultations and working sessions with the manager or in the manager’s absence
  • Identify training needs and lead refresher training as required
  • Participate with the manager in hiring and training new staff
  • Identify needs for modifications to program databases, protocols, and processes
  • Manage daily and ongoing client project communications
  • Provide assistance and backup to the manager
  • Prepare client reporting
  • Report all Adverse Events to assigned units/departments
  • Perform other duties and tasks as required

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or similar)
  • RN/RPN license an asset
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong internal and external communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or cross-functional peers
