About the role
- District Manager leading healthcare field operations, patient support, compliance, and client partnerships for Cencora in remote Ontario. Managing teams, budgets, KPIs, and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage district operations by overseeing field teams, directing patient support activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and achieving service delivery and quality targets
- Lead team performance through coaching, feedback, individual development plans, performance gap resolution, and hiring and termination decisions
- Drive business results by analyzing KPIs, implementing improvements, resolving operational challenges, identifying market trends, and meeting enrollment, retention, and satisfaction goals
- Manage client partnerships through business reviews, program outcome presentations, escalation resolution, and strategic expansion initiatives
- Oversee district resources by managing budgets, controlling expenses, forecasting financial needs, making staffing decisions, and optimizing personnel allocation across territories
- Ensure regulatory compliance with privacy regulations, SOPs, and pharmaceutical industry guidelines
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical operations, reimbursement services, training, and quality assurance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations and services, patient services, case management, field operations, pharmaceutical services, or a related field required
- 3+ years of experience in a management capacity required
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Clinical licensure in good standing preferred
- Certified Case Manager (CCM), Accredited Case Manager (ACM), or equivalent certification preferred
- Certification in project or program management, process improvement, privacy, compliance, or pharmaceutical operations preferred
