About the role

Project Manager supporting First Nations Child and Family Services delivery through project management for clarity and support such as effective communication and resource management.

Responsibilities

support the delivery of the Settlement across workstreams by applying foundational project management knowledge through integrated project plans, timelines and risk mitigation across all project stages
remove barriers, identify, and manage interdependencies to ensure alignment and progress towards shared project goals
create and maintain project documentation, including new processes, to ensure team alignment and future training across the program
organize and facilitate meetings, managing notes and communication between teams
prepare updates and reports for client and leadership, and present findings
help manage program budget as required
apply trauma-informed and culturally safe practices in all work, respecting the histories and needs of Indigenous communities and other equity-deserving groups

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience tracking multiple workstreams and deliverables
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project management tools and systems (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ClickUp, Smartsheet)
Self-identifying as Indigenous is an asset
Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet.
