About the role
- Associate providing best-in-class service to high net-worth investing clients. Educating clients on trading policies and executing trades in compliance with regulations for CIBC.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class service with high net-worth, self-directed investing clients
- Educate clients regarding trading policies and procedures
- Handle a large volume of calls and execute trades as per client instruction
- Strive for zero trading errors and advise supervisors of any errors
- Assist in maintaining service levels and support leadership in managing sales programs
- Protect CIBC's interest by ensuring all orders are made by qualified clients
Requirements
- Current accreditation and good standing of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
- Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) course
- Additional accreditations (MBA, CFA) considered an asset
- Experience in Sales and Relationship Management
- Working knowledge of the markets including Canadian and U.S. stock and bond markets
