Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6) and AutoCAD.
PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is a strong plus.
Ability to command respect on-site and motivate a diverse team.
Quick decision-making skills when faced with unexpected site conditions.
Strong verbal and written skills for reporting and negotiation.
A "keen eye" for quality control and structural integrity.
