Responsibilities
Partner with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients to identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency initiatives
Support one or more client sites through a mix of interactive group workshops and one‑on‑one coaching
Help organizations embed continuous improvement principles into their energy management practices
Guide teams through change and analyze industrial performance
Identify energy-saving opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans and reports
Requirements
Fluent in English and French (required)
3+ years’ experience in energy management, sustainability, or utility programs
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation strongly preferred
Hands-on facilitation experience delivering interactive workshops, trainings, or presentations in professional (non-academic) settings
Engaging, confident facilitator who encourages participation, dialogue, and progress
Practical experience with energy efficiency in commercial, industrial, or institutional environments
Background in change management, team facilitation, or coaching
Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and data interpretation skills
