About the role

  • Equipment Planner overseeing dispatching of service calls at Coke Canada Bottling. Requires strong organizational skills and ability to manage customer service tickets effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the dispatching of planned equipment service calls
  • Monitor the Dispatch Grid to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Maximize delivery efficiencies and driver safety through proper load distribution
  • Accurately process and schedule Customer Service Tickets within designated milestones
  • Handle customer escalations, providing resolutions to the customer
  • Act as a contact between internal stakeholders for escalations and investigation
  • Report on equipment and service activities and other functional areas

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of Canadian geography is an asset
  • Operations/logistics experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • SAP and Salesforce experience an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.
  • Strong time management skills
