About the role

  • Customer Executive ensuring proper product delivery and managing customer projects in the IT industry. Collaborating with various teams to meet customer specifications and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures proper delivery of all products and services to customer specifications
  • Communicates regularly with customer project and implementation teams
  • Partners with business leaders to deliver services supporting company objectives
  • Collaborates with Sales, Partner Management, Integration Centers, Finance, and other cross functional teams
  • Uses systems and process to manage and maintain project timelines
  • Provides regular data and timeline updates to customers and finance teams
  • Communicates regularly with commercial partner management teams
  • Follows defined processes and procedures to manage and coordinate execution of all requests and orders
  • Reviews all CRM reporting and tracking related to open opportunities
  • Works with Account Managers and Inside Sales Managers to create accurate forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 2 years of inside or outside sales experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in the IT industry
  • Experience using SAP and Salesforce.com or similar ERP and CRM tools
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office, OSX, Salesforce)
