Responsibilities
Organize the CEO’s schedule and calendar, taking into account different time zones, and coordinate meetings and various engagements;
Manage the manager’s email inbox, including responding to and routing communications—often on their behalf—while prioritizing incoming information;
Take initiative to manage specific matters and follow up on outstanding items;
Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events, such as lunch-and-learns and general meetings;
Act as a barometer for the manager regarding relevant issues within the team and the organization, sharing necessary information;
Challenge the status quo by continually identifying areas for improvement and working to resolve problems;
Provide logistical and personal support to the CEO, including property management, procurement, and invoice administration;
Demonstrate adaptability and make autonomous, confident decisions;
Plan and organize business travel, including bookings and required approvals;
Prepare and reconcile expense reports and allowances;
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership;
Impeccable command of both French and English, spoken and written;
Strong computer skills, particularly with the MS Office suite;
Discretion, autonomy, initiative, and a high degree of adaptability;
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
