About the role

  • VP of Solutions Engineering leading a team to enhance pre-sales engineering globally. Shape technical excellence and customer engagement while managing growth in the AI-native CX sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global Solutions Engineering function
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and Sales Leadership
  • Design repeatable, high-impact demos and technical narratives
  • Build and own the career framework and hiring strategy
  • Own department metrics and conduct business reviews
  • Define the playbooks for team deliverables
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and executives

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering
  • 6+ years in progressive leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling SE organizations in high-growth SaaS
  • History of winning large, complex, strategic deals through technical depth
  • Ability to operate across altitude
  • Strong cross-functional instincts
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams
