Requirements
12+ years in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering
6+ years in progressive leadership roles
Proven track record of building and scaling SE organizations in high-growth SaaS
History of winning large, complex, strategic deals through technical depth
Ability to operate across altitude
Strong cross-functional instincts
Experience managing globally distributed teams
