About the role

- Manage and prioritize the on-hold project queue, ensuring proper documentation and readiness for activation
- Support PMO initiatives and internal process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope new projects and facilitate kick-off preparations
- Maintain and track project schedules across multiple concurrent implementations
- Coordinate with technical resources and project teams to optimize resource allocation
- Support standardization of project delivery methodologies and best practices
- Assist with internal project audits and quality assurance reviews
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project templates and tools
- Partner with PMO leadership to implement strategic program initiatives
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or related administrative role
- Basic understanding of IT solutions and implementations
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with IT security solutions (Bonus)
- Interest in pursuing CAPM certification (Bonus)
- Experience with project management software (Bonus)
- Bilingual English/French (Bonus)
