About the role
- Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist sourcing global talent for Deliverect’s commerce SaaS platform. Managing candidate pipelines, interviews, screenings, and employer-brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source high-potential candidates across various platforms, especially LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage and optimize candidate flow in Lever ATS
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to Talent Partners
- Assist Talent Partners with recruitment administration, reports, databases, and offer letters
- Collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers on role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and tools
- Represent Deliverect in the Belgium and Netherlands tech scenes and employer-brand initiatives
- Post and advertise open roles on the ATS and targeted job boards
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or growing tech company
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for Lever
- Full competency using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and engagement
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Problem-solving skills and ability to improve recruitment processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
- Background check may be required as a condition of employment
