Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for various employee groups.
Validate and maintain employee master data in ADP.
Collaborate with the HR team on payroll-related matters.
Enter timesheets, create batches, and import data into ADP.
Prepare, calculate, and process payroll, deductions, and adjustments.
Review and reconcile payroll records.
Generate and distribute payroll reports by pay period.
Requirements
Bilingual (English and French) required.
High school diploma (PCP designation is an asset!).
3 to 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a similar industry.
Familiarity with ADP or other payroll systems — Dayforce is an asset!
Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
Excellent knowledge of Canadian employment standards.
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a high regard for confidentiality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
